After a long journey they were pretty tired so we just had some food before we ent to sleep. The morning after Jonas came home from PDC in California. We all headed in to the city for a round tour. We walked around the city and told them all the funny stuff about Melbourne, and the city was packed as usual on a Saturday. We had lunch at Nandos, Jonas favourite and I think they liked it as well. We went for a walk on South Banks and got to see a guy swollow a sword and juggeling while he had the sword down his trought. That was pretty awesome. As the Melbourne Cup was just around the corner there were alot of race related stuff going on as well. Later on we had dinner at Saigon, our favourite Vietnameese restaurant on Glenferrie. When the sun went down we took the to Flaggstaff Gardens to feed the possums.

Sunday we traveled out to Watsonia for a Kangaroo safari. We hooked up with Gianni, and on out way down to the park we stumbeled upon an echidna (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Echidna ). Neither we or Gianni had ever seen a wild echidna, so that was lots of fun. We hunted down some kangaroos, but didn't get to see any joeys this time. Later on Jonas, Thor (jonas dad) and Erik went to Telstra Dome to see the rugby match between Australia and England. Us girls went to the Chocolate cafe on the DFO centre.

Monday was shopping day for the Follesøs. They went down to the city all on their own. Jonas and I hooked up with them around 4pm and we all went to Melbourne Aquarium. I've been there once before, but it was pretty cool seeing the massive Smooth Stingray again. After the aquarium we had dinner at Crowns Steak house, Steakout. Good as always.

Thuesday we decided to og to the zoo. The weather was great, I even got sunburned cause I forgot to put on sunscreen. We got to see the Lion feeding again, and it was awesome. Two of them even started fighting and you could feel the roar in your chest. And my new poweranimal the Platypus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Platypus ) was as funny as always. I never get tired of the zoo.

Today they picked up their rental car and headed out on the Great Ocean Road, so now we are all alone again in the appartment. Saturday they're heading out to Mornington Peninsula, while I'll stay back in Melbourne to meet my family when they arrive on Sunday. Then we'll all head out to Mornington and stay there for a week.

Hopefully we'll get to swim with dolphins, dive and og out to Phillip Island. Thats my three goals for the vacation.
